🏢 About VitalLuxe IV
VitalLuxe IV is a licensed mobile IV hydration and wellness company operating in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area. All services are provided under the medical supervision of a licensed Massachusetts physician and administered by registered nurses (RNs).
💉 Services
VitalLuxe IV provides mobile intravenous (IV) hydration and vitamin therapy services for wellness and hydration support purposes only. Our services are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- All services are performed by licensed registered nurses
- Services are conducted under the supervision of a licensed Massachusetts physician
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health or safety reasons
- Service availability is subject to geographic limitations within the Boston, MA area
📋 Eligibility & Health Requirements
By booking our services, you confirm that you:
- Are 18 years of age or older (minors require written parental/guardian consent)
- Have disclosed all known allergies, medical conditions, and current medications
- Have consulted with your healthcare provider if you have any underlying medical conditions
- Are not pregnant unless you have received physician clearance
- Understand that IV therapy carries inherent risks including bruising, infection, and allergic reactions
⚠️ Important: Our nurses reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if they determine it is not safe for you to receive IV therapy.
📅 Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
- Booking: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as required
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-Shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled time and location may result in forfeiture of payment
- Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests with reasonable notice
💳 Payments
Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed during booking. All prices are in USD and subject to change. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.
⚖️ Assumption of Risk & Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- IV therapy involves inherent risks including but not limited to bruising, hematoma, phlebitis, infection, and allergic reactions
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving IV therapy
- VitalLuxe IV, its owners, nurses, and affiliates are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service session
📸 Photography & Testimonials
VitalLuxe IV will not photograph or record you during sessions without your explicit written consent. Any testimonials or reviews you provide may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
⚙️ Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
